When Your Food Arrives

Reheat & Flip
All meals are cooked al dente but if you reheat, particularly in a microwave, always use the ‘reheat’ button as it will only warm the food not continue to cook it, which is essential to enjoying the meal as it has been prepared.
Retaining moisture is key - covering with a lid traps the steam and keeps the moisture in the food, as well as quickens the heating time. Stir occasionally or flip the meat/fish/poultry half way through the reheat for even heat distribution.
Toss & Flip
We layer the food to ensure maximum freshness until it’s ready to eat, therefore foods such as salads you will need to toss and then flip before enjoying.
