We are located in the upstairs dining room at the Avalon Beach Cinema, part of the Love Food Kitchen restaurant…long-standing locals will know the history!
Breathing fresh new life to the iconic local cinema with a lot of love, delicious food, and now we are fully licensed to enjoy drinks before or after a movie along with your meal.
Share Platter or Plate - mezze style menu
To keep things simple, we have an ongoing selection of mezze dishes to suit all tastes…from fresh seafood, to marinated meats and roast veg…you can order by the Share Plate or our Signature Share Platters, perfect for couples or groups.
Fully licensed - beer, wine, cocktails.
Enjoy a drink at the Downstairs Terrace or on the Upstairs Balcony….we have a selection of beers, wine and cocktails to accompany your lunch or dinner.

We have plenty of seating inside and outside, with covered areas upstairs and downstairs in our full al a carte Love Food Kitchen restaurant. And we are already doing larger Group Function Booking for your special event.

We have been catering and private chef-ing for over 10 years, so we know a thing or two about fresh flavours.
In fact, we have been cooking our whole lives, as our parents and uncles had a long-standing in the hospitality sector in Adelaide. So we have always been around food and people and see the joy and positive difference fresh flavours can have on peoples lives…we call it ‘ancient wisdom with a modern twist!’
We opened our first retail restaurant in Oct 2024 here in Avalon Beach and have now expanded to our upstairs Dining Room / Lounge Bar for a more comfortable dining experience for our customers. We are a ‘food first’ restaurant, but of course we are fully licensed to enjoy a drink with your meal.
MENU HIGHLIGHTS
Seafood Dishes | Slow-Roast Meats & Veg | Desserts
We have something for everyone, a mezze and main selection to suit all tastes.
Start with some punchy flavour marinated ‘Olly Olives’, Trio of Dips or Mezze Plate.
For something more substantial our 8-hour Slow Roast Lamb or Marinated Chicken.
We have our homemade ‘Pastitsio’ aka Greek pasta bake (think lasagna and spaghetti fused together!), or our delicious ‘Spanakopita’ Spinach & Cheese Pie.
To share, we have a tasty selection in our Signature Grazing Platter, depending on how hungry you are.
Finish it off with our scrumptious selection of freshly baked desserts, Orange Cake (gluten free), rich Chocolate Cake (flourless) and traditional Baklava (traditional Greek style).
